Apple could get AirPods Pro 2 made in Vietnam

According to speculations, Apple may produce its AirPods Pro 2 wireless earphones in Vietnam this year as it wants to increase production outside of China under tough Covid-19 laws there.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Apple has notified several of its contract manufacturers that it wants to increase production outside of China for a variety of reasons, including Beijing's strong anti-Covid legislation. According to the study, Apple had been looking to diversify away from China before Covid-19 broke out in early 2020, but the pandemic hindered their plans.
