=> Khi nghe thấy câu hỏi 'Do you have a basic cleaning package?' và 'a thorough clean of all surfaces = cleaning all surfaces', ta biết đáp án sắp tới
Sau đó ta nghe thấy '..., but the floor would need cleaning' + '... - we'd do that in every room', 'that' ở đây chính là 'floor cleaning'
=> A need + V-ing: A cần được làm gì đó
=> Sàn nhà cần được lau chùi
=> Answer: floor/ floors 
N need + V-ing là một cấu trúc bị động mang nghĩa N cần được làm gì đó, bạn nào chưa biết cấu trúc này thì ghi chú lại nhé, hiểu sai cấu trúc này sẽ dẫn đến việc các bạn bị hiểu sai thông tin và dẫn đến chọn đáp án sai đấy
