, the Intra Asia (IA) cable has been experiencing troubles since last Saturday. A cable piece about 130 kilometers from a coastline station in Singapore broke, resulting in from Vietnam to Singapore via the IA cable.

Because Vietnam now has only one fully functional undersea cable, internet speeds between Vietnam and the rest of the globe have slowed to a crawl.
