, no other celebrity has granted as many wishes as Cena. Cena has been fulfilling wishes since 2002, just a few years after launching his . As his fame as a 16-time world champion grew, so did the number of pleas from children for him to grant their wishes.

Cena explained why he continues to grant children's requests, saying, “I want them to have an experience that will stay with them to forever. I don’t ever want the children or their families to be treated in a way where they feel as if they’re up against anything at all.”
