At the Michelin Guide 2024 announcement ceremony held in Ho Chi Minh City, the seven one-star restaurants in Vietnam are: Gia, Hibana By Koki, Tầm Vị, and Ănăn Saigon, which received stars last year, and Akuna (Ho Chi Minh City), La Maison 1888 (Da Nang), and The Royal Pavilion (Ho Chi Minh City), which are new additions.
