(AI) and committed to collaborative efforts in this endeavor. Speaking at a semiconductor and AI industry development forum organized by the Ministry of Planning and Investment on December 11th in Hòa Lạc, Huang underscored the emergence of AI as a new wave and a crucial factor for the development of every nation. He affirmed that Vietnam is ready for new technologies and is poised to invest in enhancing both human capabilities and infrastructure.

During the forum, Huang stated, "We have informed the Prime Minister that we are committed to making Vietnam the second home of Nvidia. We will establish a legal entity in Vietnam." According to the Nvidia CEO, to harness the potential of the AI wave, nations need three components, and Vietnam possesses them all. The first is data assets related to language and culture accumulated over decades of digitization, coupled with a population ready to engage with mobile platforms. The second is a skilled workforce, and the third is infrastructure. "Artificial intelligence is software, and software is created by humans.
