Chau Tinh Tri's regret with Ngo Manh Dat

Châu Tinh Trì recently held a Q&A session on his personal Instagram account to answer questions from his fans. Out of over 15,000 questions, the comedian chose to answer eight of them. The first question he chose to answer was about his message to his late friend Ngô Mạnh Đạt, a former co-star who recently passed away from liver cancer. Tinh Trì

that spanned over 30 films. They were known as the "golden duo" in the Chinese film industry. However, their friendship ended due to a conflict during the filming of their movie "The Legend of the Drunken Master." Despite their fallout, Ngô Mạnh Đạt had expressed his wish to reunite with his old friend before his passing. Following Ngô Mạnh Đạt's death, Châu Tinh Trì halted his work on the movie "Mermaid 2" in order to attend his friend's funeral. Throughout Ngô Mạnh Đạt's battle with cancer, Châu Tinh Trì had and stayed updated on his friend's health.
