"Nha Ba Nu" (Nu's Family) became the fastest Vietnamese film ever to reach the VND100 billion ($4.26 million)
, accomplishing so in 3.5 days.
According to the makers, the film beat out the 2021 Tet release "Bo Gia" (Dad, I'm Sorry), which took four days. Tran Thanh, a comedian and MC, directed both flicks.

Galaxy and CGV, "Nu's Family" outperformed comparable films released around the same time. Another record was set when it was shown more than 4,500 times per day across the country.
According to Box Office Vietnam,
