Titan submersible imploded, all people on board were killed

On June 22, the American Expeditionary Force announced

involving the deep-sea submersible, Titan, near the wreckage site of the Titanic. The incident resulted in the immediate loss of all five individuals aboard the vessel.

A remotely operated vehicle, deployed from a Canadian ship, successfully identified fragments on

approximately 490 meters from the Titanic wreck site, at a depth of 4 kilometers. Subsequent confirmation by authorities verified that these debris pieces belonged to the Titan submersible, as reported by Reuters.
