Born in 1976 in Việt Trì city, Phú Thọ province, Meritorious Artist Xuân Bắc is a graduate of the Hanoi University of Theatre and Cinema. His professional journey has been deeply rooted in the Vietnamese Theatre, notably at the Vietnamese Drama Theatre.

Xuân Bắc has gained recognition through various films such as "12A-4H," "Ngã ba Đồng Lộc," "Chuyện nhà Mộc," "Sóng ở đáy sông," "Con đường sáng," and "Hai phía chân trời." Beyond his acting prowess, Xuân Bắc is also celebrated as one of the beloved comedians in programs like Táo quân. In addition to his acting career, he has showcased his versatility as a host in programs such as "Đuổi hình bắt chữ," "Vua tiếng Việt," and "Ơn giời cậu đây rồi."
