Describe your favorite drink - IELTS Speaking Part 2

Well, when it comes to drinks, nothing can beat a glass of cold brew coffee on a hot day in Saigon.

, I just got to know about this kind of drink 3 months ago when I went to a coffee shop with my friends. Arousing my curiosity, this drink really confused me at first with all sorts of flavor that the shop could offer. Although it was just cold brewed coffee, all kinds of other ingredients such as , , , , or honey could be added into the liquid to flavor it.

At first, I was hesitant about choosing it, but a few seconds later, I picked the 5th one on the menu since it was my favorite number. Interestingly, my cold brew coffee had the flavor of vanilla which really had my brain blown away. Truth be told, it was a perfect blend of sweetness,

, and coldness, which all drove me almost crazy and made me crave for more.

Talking about the making process, I must say it is kind of

as it requires some simple equipment to grind, filter and chill the coffee. The only here is that this takes time, so cold brew coffee is usually made the night before in order to be served the next morning. As for me, I simply love the taste of this coffee with all the of it. Every time I try a new one, I feel as if I have discovered something and start getting really into it.
