I remember a time when I helped a classmate in secondary school. Talking about this person a bit, his name is Cuong, he has been my best friend since we first started learning in grade 6. We hung out all the time to play computer games, play soccer together, and go swimming in the nearby river and we had a whale of a time together.

Now back to the situation, it happened when we were in grade 9, and a teacher required us to draw a painting to illustrate a beautiful place. Fortunately enough, I am

drawing and I always pass the art subject , but it is for my friend, you know, his drawing skill wasn’t very good, even terrible if I’m being honest. I remember it was an early morning when he first got to our class, looking like he was struggling with something, and soon I realized that he was doing the art that the teacher had given. He didn’t ask me for help at all, but I knew how hard it is for him when it comes to drawing so I decided to give him a hand . Later that day, the drawing that I painted for him got a 9, which was such a high score. He jumped for joy and was grateful for my help. I too felt a sense of and from knowing that I’ve made his day, even if it’s only a small .

Growing up, we studied at different universities and our friendship started to drift apart, but I still think about him and the memories we once shared, especially warm, uplifting memories like this.
