3. Phân biệt "by" và "to" khi nói về tăng/giảm:
- Increase/decrease by + [số a]: tăng/giảm một lượng a
- Increase/decrease to + [số a]: tăng/giảm tới a
Ví dụ: Nếu trong ví bạn có 10.000 VND.
- increase by 15.000 VND = bạn có 25.000 VND (tăng 15.000 VND)
- increase to 15.000 VND = bạn có 15.000 VND (tăng 5.000 VND)
